Will it post or reply without my approval?

Posts go out only when someone on your team approves and schedules them. Replies are suggested for a person to send, unless you turn on automations or auto-replies yourself, and even then red-flag messages always go to a person.

How does it know my business?

You give it your facts: prices, hours, shipping, what you sell. Or paste your website and Loopline drafts them for you to check. Replies use only those facts, so it never makes things up about your business.

Which platforms does it work with?

Do I need to know how to code?

Can I cancel anytime?

What happens to my customers’ data?
